Dates:  3/26, 4/2, 4/16, 4/23, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 6/4

Times:  6:00 - 8:00 PM, Sunday Evenings.  Players may stay until 8:30 continuing to work on their own after programming has ended.

Age Range: Middle School and High School.

Cost:  $40 per session or sign up for all 8 for $200.  Discount is applied in the cart when all 8 sessions are selected.

Perfect Scrimmage will give each player the opportunity to work on specific fundamentals.  The coaches will focus solely on a specific skill for the first hour.  The second hour will be structured scrimmaging providing players the opportunity to work on the specific skill focused on in the first hour in live action.

Specific fundamental focuses will be:

Shooting (session 1 and 2):  breaking down mechanics, shooting movements, volume shooting and shooting repetition.

Ball handling (session 3 and 4): dribbling exercises to help each player gain more confidence in his/her ability to handle the basketball.

Speed, Agility and Strength (session 5 and 6): Players will be introduced to movements that assist them in becoming more coordinated and stronger. Movements will be tailored to assist them with learning how to properly utilize their bodies to gain an extra edge in competition.

Structured (Perfect) Scrimmage (session 7 and 8):  Tournament style pick up.  These two sessions will be all about playing. Teams formed by coaches.
