Rising Stars Basketball Sessions

Cost: $350

Our Rising Star Program is available for Grades 1-6 (offering both Girls Only and Co-Ed sessions).

All levels are welcomed.

  • We teach the game the right way.
  • We coach basketball through the fundamentals.
  • We highlight the importance of sportsmanship and respect, while working hard and having fun learning through structured scrimmages and play.
  • This program allows players to keep a ball in their hand and imporove their skills all year long, as we offer sessions every season.
  • Rising Stars is great for dual sport athletes, making it possible to continue training in the off season with our one day per week schedule.
  • For those aspiring to play AAU/Travel basketball or our Peak League, the Rising Stars is a great way to begin the transition to these higher level programs.

Details:

  • (10) Sessions; (1) per week
  • (1) 75-min (Grades 1-2) or 90-min (Grades 3+) session per week.
  • The first half (approx.) of the sessions includes basketball skills.
  • The second half (approx.) of the sessions include structured scrimmages (points earned for using skills taught in games as directed by the coaches).
  • Teams may shift each week and are based upon skills and progress.

*Every attempt will be made to reschedule any class that is canceled due to weather/facility/staff related issue. Rescheduled dates may or may not be on the same day and time.  No make ups for missed sessions are available.

*Refunds or credits are not issued within 1 week of the program starting.  Exceptions are made for documented medical related reasons.
