Fall '24 High School Preseason Basketball Training:

Dates: Sundays, beginning September 8 through November 17. *no training on 10/6

Time: 8:30 - 10:30 AM

Cost: $350 when all 10 sessions are selected.  *may drop in at a rate of $50/session.

Fall '24 Middle School Preseason Basketball Training: 

Dates: Saturdays, beginning September 7 through November 16.  *no training on 10/5

Time:  8:30 - 10:00 AM

Cost: $350 when all 10 sessions are selected.  *may drop in at a rate of $50/session.

Both Middle School and High School Programs will be led by Asiah Avent.

Asiah Avent NBA Top 100 camp attendant for the class of 2015. Three year basketball player for Seton Hall University. 2020 Big East Regular Season champion. Basketball skill trainer. Previous coaching job (Born ready elite-Under Armour Sponsored). Current Freshman and Assistant Varsity Coach for Bergen Catholic High School. Worked for Student Athlete Academy.  Has developed D1 athletes.

• Defensive sets and understanding
• Offensive sets and understanding
• Press break Systems and understanding
• Game-like situations
• Real game play weekly
