Responsibilities:

• A basketball coach instructs players at practice and during games. 
• He or she is also responsible for designing plays and strategies for the team. 
• Knows and understands the basketball league rule book and any changes that are made.
• Devises drills and practice exercises that will adequately prepare players for each game.
• Guiding athletes and teaching them the correct way to play. 
• Professionals who study the rules, techniques and other technical aspects of a game. 
• Work with children, high school, college and adult or professional athletes.
